BNC Sekuritas Indonesia is a securities company, and started its operation as Stock Broker under the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam) Decree No. KEP-70/PM/1992 dated February 26, 1992.
PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia (the “Company’) was formerly known as PT Bloom Nusantara Capital before it was changed into PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia on June 15, 2016 and had been approved by the Minister of Law and Legislation and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. The Company is member of Indonesia Stock Exchange with code name GA, and also registered and supervised by Financial Service Authority.
The Company provides services as securities brokerage (for both institution and retail customers), supported by professional and experienced sales team, efficient operational system, the latest and integrated information technology, and risk management that applies measured safety principles. Today the Company is effectively managed by a team of more than 35 professional staff members. The Company currently stations its head office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The company was voted as the best securities house in 2015 under the category of Asset under 250 bn rupiah by the Investor magazine, and nominated in 2016.

ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT

Rudy Effendy | President Commisioner

Indonesian Nationality, born in Jakarta on 11 January, 1971. He graduated from Lane Community College, Eugene, Oregon, USA.
At the beginning of his career he served at PT Intisekuriti Investama (Ometraco) as Sales until 1994. Accepting new challenge he then moved to PT Jardine Fleming Nusantara as Manager/Head of Dealing (1994-2000). After Jardine Fleming merged with JPMorgan & Chase (JPMorgan-Chase) he was promoted to Vice President and stayed with JPMorgan-Chase until 2001. From August 2001 until December 2011, he was the Associate Director of PT Ciptadana Securities prior to his assignment as President Commissioner of PT Bloom Nusantara Capital (now PT BNC Sekuritas Indonesia), in March 2012.

Sanjay Bhansali | Commisioner

Indian Nationality, born in Jodhpur (India) on 25 August, 1965. He graduated from Andhra University, India, in 1985, as Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), and Associate Chartered Accountants (ACA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi, India, in 1988.
He has served in a number of organizations such as General Manager – Accounts of PT Lucky Indah Keramik (1992-1996); Chief Financial Officer of PT Wiharta Karya Agung (1996-1999); Vice President–Corporate Finance of PT Ciptadana Capital, then appointed as Associate Director–Corporate Finance and lastly as Director of PT Ciptadana Capital (1999-2008); Senior Advisor of PT Maxima Integra (2008-2009); President Director of PT Indus Capital (2010-now).

Tjoa Ichi Jaenata | President Director

Born in Surabaya on April 30, 1956. He obtained his Diploma of Foreign Language from Akademi Bahasa Asing (ABA), Surabaya, Indonesia. He has also participated in several capital markets courses.
Tjoa Ichi Jaenata started his career as Manager in United Motor Company from 1979 until 1989. He then moved to Capital Markets industry by establishing PT Sekuritas Indo Pasifik Investasi which later changed its name to PT Bloom Nusantara Capital. Currently Tjoa Ichi Jaenata is holding position as President Director of the Company.

Anita | Operational Director

Born in Palembang on June 23, 1974, appointed as Director on December 4, 2023. She obtained her Bachelor of Accounting from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1996.
Anita with her extensive experience in unusual and innovative finance accounting complements her 28 years of experience in Capital Markets sector. She has 3 licenses issued and legalized by OJK and 1 license issued and legalized by BNSP as Risk Management. She is highly dedicated to several organizations, and for the last 10 years she served as Chief Financial Officer in PT BNP Paribas Securities Indonesia (2014 until 2017); Head of Finance and Operations in PT Royal Investium Sekuritas and PT Phintraco Sekuritas (2017-2023).
